We are providing landscape technical support to the Welborne Garden Village project, Welborne is a new generation sustainable garden village in Hampshire, situated north of Fareham between the South Downs and Portsmouth Coast. We are looking for individuals to support long-term delivery of this ‘landscape led’ masterplan from concept design through to delivery.

Senior Landscape Architect – £35-45K
Key Requirements
- Supporting the current Welborne Team, we are looking for individuals with proven experience of working closely with fellow design consultants to deliver technical design packages through to delivery on site including site inspections.
- Ideally holds a chartership CMLI status or can demonstrate equivalent experience and is committed to working towards achieving CMLI status.
- Attends design team meetings on behalf of the practice and will acting as the day-to-day project lead on some projects.
- You will also support the wider team offering mentoring to junior members to develop their knowledge.
- A proven knowledge of Adobe CC / AutoCAD / Keyscape / NBS software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Graduate to 2+ years – £23K-£30K
Key Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or suitable equivalent.
- Able to develop new ideas alongside fellow design team members and consultants from concept to completion.
- Carry out site visits to gather site analysis findings and support landscape and visual assessment work.
- Prepare hand drawn or computer-generated designs to support the development of design options across a range of sectors.
- Help prepare client presentation material using Adobe Creative Cloud graphics.
- Assist with the production of planning and technical drawings using AutoCAD / Keyscape software packages.
- Demonstrates an inquisitive approach to design and willingness to communicate with others to help develop their knowledge.
What you’ll need:
- A strong passion for connecting people with nature.
- An inquisitive / design-minded approach.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to engage with fellow team members and the wider design team to achieve the best outcomes.
- A full UK driving licence and car for travel to site visits.
- To be based within easy reach of our Hampshire offices.
